Russian investment in US Treasuries rise to $14.629 bln in Oct

WASHINGTON, Dec 18 (PRIME) -- Russia increased investment in U.S. treasury bonds by U.S. $210 million to $14.629 billion in October, the U.S. Department of the Treasury said on Tuesday.

China decreased its U.S. Treasuries holding by $12.5 billion to $1.138 trillion in October. Japan ranked second with its investments falling $10 billion to $1.018 trillion.
